Frankfurt: Protecting Gay Pride Event From You Know Who

Hat tip Big League Politics

Last weekend, there was a gay pride event in Frankfurt. In order to protect the revelers from Islamic terror attacks, the area was surrounded by trucks weighted down by water containers to stop any similar truck attack as occurred at the Berlin Christmas market in 2016.

"Wir schaffen das." (We can do this)

Yes, Angela. Let in over one million young Muslim guys and not have any problems.

One Fine Day in Gelsenkirchen

(That's in Germany for all you UC Santa Cruz Community Studies majors.)

Hat tip Vlad Tepes and Gates of Vienna

This week, two  Gypsy families engaged in a massive street brawl in the German town of Gelsenkirchen. The below video is not yet translated, but it speaks for itself.

Five people were hospitalized, one with life threatening head injuries and three arrested.

Neighbors who are interviewed say that street violence and assorted disturbances are the norm. It is interesting to note that the politically correct media refers to these brawlers as Romanians, a euphemism for Gypsies.

Sweden's Misery

Hat tip Gates of Vienna

I am cross-posting (from Gates of Vienna) a sub-titled video made by Nina Drakfors, a former member of Sweden's Social Democrat party, who has awakened and is disgusted with her country's policy of allowing anybody into the country who is wearing pants. She argues that Swedish political leaders are putting the welfare of the migrants over concern for the welfare and safety of the Swedish people.

The video is over 40 minutes as she reads a speech she previously gave in Copenhagen. I suggest the reader allot a few minutes at a time to watch. It is highly informnative.

SJP at Tulane Demands University Not Do Business with Israel

Hat tip Campus Reform and Tulane Hullabaloo

This month the Students for Justice at Tulane University wrote a letter to the administration "urging" it not to establish partnerships with Israeli universities as was announced in June.

Below is the letter, which was published by the Tulane campus newspaper.

I took the opportunity to add my views in the reader comments section. It is my hope that Tulane consigns this letter where it belongs-in the garbage can.

Anti-Semitism at Stanford: The College Fix Weighs in

"Free free Palestine!"

Last week, we reported on an incident in which a student member of Students for Justice in Palestine at Stanford had posted a Facebook message threatening physical violence to  campus "Zionists". As Stanford administration weigh its response, the Stanford newspaper has come out in support of the student, Hamzeh Daoud and attacked the College Republicans in the process for having spoken out against Daoud. The website, The College Fix, with whom I occasionally collaborate, has posted this article on the incident.

I get the impression that Stanford just wants this to go away, but it should not. There are too many examples of this type of intimidation by SJP and its sister group at San Francisco State University, the General Union of Palestinian Students. Enough is enough.

Britain's Anti-Semitic Labour Party

Hat tip The JC

This week, three leading Jewish newspapers published the same story on their front page about the anti-semitism within the Labour party under the leadership of Jeremy Corbyn-who just may be Britain's next prime minister.

As much as I am critical of the current prime minster, Theresa May, who is a weak appeaser, the leftist radical Corbyn would be a disaster. His anti-semitism is no secret.

UCI's New Narratives: Conservative Voices Not Welcome

Image result for sleeping anteater
"New narratives"

Last year, after attending an event at UC Irvine, which was part of a series of speaking events under a program entitled, "New Narratives", I made inquiries as to when and if this program might host any conservative speakers. To my knowledge, no conservative speaker has ever spoken at a New Narratives event. That led me into an email exchange with the creator of New Narratives, Dr Thomas Parham, vice chancellor of student affairs. I even suggested certain speakers like Thomas Sowell and Larry Elder, both prominent black conservatives who are located in California. Dr Parham advised me that speakers were chosen by a selection committee, but he would pass on my suggestions to the committee. Nothing ever came out of that exchange. Here is the current running New Narratives web page showing their schedule of events past and future. In actuality, there have been no events since May and nothing is currently scheduled. I invite the reader to search for any conservative speakers.

Dr Parham is leaving UC Irvine at the end of the current school year to become president of California State University at Dominguez Hills (south of Los Angeles). I don't know what the future of New Narratives will be in his absence, but the page is still active at UC Irvine's web site.

As it is currently constituted, New Narratives, in my view, is dedicated to identity and grievance politics. It is designed to paint a picture of America as oppressing minority groups. While that is undoubtedly a part of our history-even when I was a child growing up in the 1950s and 1960s- I don't believe that is true today. We still have racial issues and differences, but true discrimination is against the law, and we are not oppressing anybody. There are conservatives who are black or belong to other minority groups who agree with me, but their voices are not welcome on university campuses.

That seems to include New Narratives.

French Court Refuses to Drop Rape Charge Against Tariq Ramadan

Hat tip Campus Watch

Image result for tariq ramadan

Tariq Ramadan, a Swiss-born philosopher, Oxford professor, and grandson of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan al Banna, sits in a French prison awaiting trial on charges he raped two women in France. His case has drawn international attention because he is a prominent Muslim activist. In recent years, Ramadan drew worldwide attention when he called for a moratorium on the Islamic practice of stoning people to death for adultery, claiming that it was not being applied evenly. In 2012, I met Ramadan briefly during a break in an event at which he was speaking at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. I asked him why he didn't call for a complete abolition of stioning. His reply can be found here.

Ramadan's request for a dismissal of charges involving one victim has been denied. Charges pertaining to a third woman who claimed Ramadan raped her have already been dropped.

Just a thought: While Ramadan denies all charges against him, could there be any link between his reported life style and his call for a moratorium on stoning?

Just wondering.

French Synagogue Attacked

Hat tip Vlad Tepes

"Allah ou Akbar"

A French synagogue was partially burned and vandalized in Orleans, France Wednesday night. Scrawled on a wall was, "Allah ou Akbar" (sic).

The Hadith of Hate: There is Only One Context

This article first appeared in New English Review.

"Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews."

From the Middle East to Europe to the US to Canada  and elsewhere, the above hadith (the reported sayings of the Prophet Mohammad) is recited with regularity in many mosques by imams in their sermons. It is even quoted in the Hamas charter. Just in the past few days, an imam in the Norrebro mosque (Copenhagen, Denmark) was actually charged by Danish authorities for citing it in a sermon. It has been attributed to Hatem Bazian, an activist Muslim professor at UC Berkeley and a dedicated foe of Israel. It has been recited in mosques in Raleigh, North Carolina and Houston, Texas in the wake of President Trump's announcement that he would move the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. In 2016, an imam recited it in a Montreal mosque. Just last month, a report surfaced of an imam in Toulouse, France reciting it. These are just a few examples. In addition, there have been many other incidents of imams in the West using similar language to condemn Jews and pray for their death.

In 2009, I attended an interfaith event at Chapman University in Orange County and had a chance to ask an imam about this hadith. The answer I got was downright misleading if not an out and out lie.

While it is true that Islamic scholars continually study hadiths to determine how reliable they are, this particular hadith is considered valid by the leading schools of Islamic thought. Here is an "explanation" of the hadith from an Islamic source. It puts the blame on the Jews, but provides insight into the idea of dhimmitud, whereby non-Muslims can live under Muslim protection as long as they submit and live as second class citizens.

(Those Jews who do not live up to the "covenant" can always hide behind rocks and trees.)

There is no sugar coating this hadith. There is only one context. When reportedly spoken by Mohammad 1400 years ago, it meant, "Kill the Jews". When it is spoken today, it means, "Kill the Jews". To bring up some treaty that Jews broke (in the Arabian peninsula) in Mohammad's time and apply it to modern times everywhere is twisted and illogical thinking. To recite it  as part of a sermon in a mosque (or anywhere else) is simply inciting hate and violence. It is bad enough when we hear about it coming out of the Middle East; it is much worse when it comes out of Western mosques.

A Misrepresentation of Jihad by Fairfield University Professor

Hat tip Middle East Forum and Campus Watch

Martin Tran Nguyen is a  professor of religious studies (particularly Islamic studies) at Fairfield University in Connecticut. On Wednesday, he gave a presentation on Islam before the Retired Men's Association in Greenwich. From the description in the below report, it appears that Nguyen gave the standard template presentation on Islam that Muslim speakers give to non-Muslim audiences. I have heard these presentations numerous times, and they are misleading to the point of out and out falsehoods. In the q and a, Nguyen gave a misleading description of jihad. Like his colleagues, whose business it is to mislead non-Muslim audiences, Nguyen gave the default definition of  jihad.

Truth be told, there are two versions of Islam. One is -as Nguyen describes it- the struggle to be a better Muslim. However, the other version of jihad is fighting in the cause of Islam. That means warfare.

According to Islamic historiography, the Prophet Mohammad, upon returning from a battle, is said to have proclaimed: "Now that the lesser jihad is finished, it is time for the greater jihad."

According to that interpretation, the lesser jihad is actual fighting in the cause of jihad (warfare), and the greater jihad is struggling to become a better Muslim. The Koran is replete with references to fighting wars and killing non-Muslims. That is jihad. Call it the lesser jihad if you will, but it is jihad. Go back to every Islamic act of terror including 9-11 and beyond, and that is jihad.

Just as a side note, one of the best-selling books in the Middle East to this day is Hitler's, "Mein Kampf" (My Struggle), which is translated into Arabic as "My Jihad".

People who attend these presentations need to go armed with the facts and able to challenge speakers like Nguyen. These lies are skin deep and easily exposed.

Guilty Verdict in Houston Honor Killings

Sweden's Unbelievably Lenient Rape Laws

Copenhagen Imam to be Charged (Cont)

Hat tip MEMRI

"Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews."

This week we reported on an imam in the Norrebro mosque outside Copenhagen, Mundhir Abdallah, who recited the infamous Islamic hadith calling for the death of Jews on the Day of Judgment. Now Danish authorities have charged Abdallah, who now calls for Islam to conquer Europe.

“Even 10 years in prison will not scare us Muslims. We are proud of our faith. The indictment criminalizes Islam and Islamic texts. Authorities want us to only tolerate Danish values. They want us to assimilate, but that will never happen,”

Once the Danish judicial system is done with this jerk, they need to deport him.

There is no place in the West for this kind of ideology.

Anti-Jewish Rants on UC Santa Cruz Website

Hat tip AMCHA Initiative

When I read something like this, I don't know whether to pound my fist into a wall or just cry. It is so sick. It appears on a UC Santa Cruz student (Facebook) website, which leads me to ask why it wasn't immediately taken down. A UCSC alum saw it and forwarded it to the AMCHA Initiative, an organization ironically co-founded by a UCSC professor, dedicated to fighting campus anti-semitism, and with whom I often collaborate.

The person who sent this to the AMCHA Initiative requested that personal names be redacted. I am respecting that wish.

As for the person who wrote this vile garbage, he/she identifies himself/herself only as a descendant of the Elamites (southern Iran). The writer also unwittingly reveals himself/herself to be a Jew hater on a level of the Nazis.

Viewer warning: This is highly disturbing language.

The Toronto Terrorist

Hat tip Jihad Watch and Vlad Tepes

As expected, Faisal Hussain, the gunman who killed two girls in a  shooting attack in Toronto Sunday night, has been reported to have visited terror websites and had  spent time in the Middle East.

Yet, even claims of responsibility by ISIS are apparently not enough for Toronto's police chief, Mark Saunders.

In spite of a well crafted statement by a local activist on behalf of Hussain's family, all signs point to jihad, and the public in Toronto, especially the victims and their families need to hear the truth.

OIC Trying to Censor Geert Wilders

Hat tip Gates of Vienna

Dutch politician Geert Wilders is planning to hold a "Draw Mohammad" context in the Dutch Parliament later this year. In response, the 56-nation bloc of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the largest voting bloc in the UN is protesting. The OIC, which for years, has been lobbying the UN to pass a resolution that member nations pass laws against defamation of religions (Islam, actually).

It is amazing the hypocrisy of the OIC. While Christians in the Middle East are being slaughtered or driven out of Arab countries, while imams curse Jews and Christians in mosques around the world, while the Muslim daily prayers defame Christians and Jews by reciting Sura on, verses 1-7, these people have the nerve to want to criminalize any negative comments about Islam.

"Freedom of expression does not mean insulting the feelings of others; an attitude which cuts against the universal principle of respect for religions."

Maybe not in their countries, but in the US, we do not abridge free speech because somebody is offended or has his/her feelings hurt. When Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, she met with the OIC behind closed doors as they tried to lobby for her support on this issue. new the First Amendment protects free speech, so she tried to placate them (though we don't know what was said behind closed doors). What she did say publicly was that they (the administration) would shame "Islamophobes" publicly.

But Hillary is gone now, and I don't think the OIC will get far with Nikki Haley.

Imam in Denmark Charged Over Call to Kill Jews

"Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews."

It is in the hadith, the reported statements of the Prophet Mohammad. It is recited in more mosques-even in the West- that many care to admit. It flat out calls for the murder of Jews. Now Danish authorities are charging an imam, Mundhir Abdallah, for reciting it in his Norrebro (Copenhagen) mosque.

More Coming Out on the Canadian Jihadist

Faisal Hussain

The Canadian-based blog, Vlad Tepes, has more details which are emerging about the 29-year-old terrorist, Faisal Hussain, who was killed by Toronto police after he opened fire in the Greektown section of Toronto Sunday night, killing two young girls (18 and 10) and wounding 13.

Hussain was reportedly born in Canada to a  Pakistani family. It took nearly a full day for his name to be released, and that was accompanied immediately by reports of his "severe mental illness".

This follows the pattern in Europe, where Muslim perpetrators of riots are identified by the police and  media as "youth" or "southerners". Those who go on rape or killing rampages are usually described as "mentally ill". Thus, the public is not fully informed as to the threats from jihadists they are confronted with. They have to figure it out for themselves.

The Attack in Toronto Was Jihad

Hat tip Vlad Tepes

A gunman went on a shooting spree Sunday night in the Greektown area of Toronto killing two people and wounding 13. As is customary, the Canadian public has been kept in the dark about who the gunman and his motive until the point it can no longer be denied. Of course, the last refuge is the old" mentally-disturbed" excuse. That is what they are now saying about Faisal Hussain, who was killed in an exchange of gunfire with police.

The mental illness that Hussain suffered from was the violent form of jihad, going to war in the name of Islam. Of course, many would argue that this is a form of mental illness itself, but when a young Muslim man goes off on an unprovoked killing spree, to me, this is jihad, pure and simple.

Dutch Cops Attacked While Responding to Report of Kidnap Attempt

On Saturday evening, Dutch police responded to a call about a possible kidnapping in Almere (outside Amsterdam). Dutch Police Foil Planned Attack in Rotterdam

They prosecuted Geert Wilders in the Netherlands for his comments about  Moroccans, but this case proves he has a a point-as if he needed one. Dutch police have arrested two Moroccans who they say were planning a terror attack in Rotterdam. Translation of the article in De Telegraaf by Fousesquawk.

Rotterdam attack plan serious enough'

ROTTERDAM - The plans of the two Moroccans arrested in June to commit an attack on a police station in Rotterdam were sufficiently serious to intervene. The two men, aged 22 and 27, had not been in the picture before with the Public Prosecution Service.

That is what  spokesman Wim de Bruin of the public prosecutor's office says. The men stayed for some time in a house in Rotterdam-Zuid. The police picked them up on 17 June after information from the AIVD, because according to the Public Prosecution Service, they wanted to commit an armed attack in Paris and at the Veranda police station in Rotterdam.

he two communicated via chat messages with other people. One of the two Moroccans also sent a photo of the police station. With whom the two terror suspects had contact and whether they were also connected to a terrorist organization, is still being investigated by the Public Prosecution Service. "The research is still in full swing", says De Bruin.
No weapons were found among the suspects. De Bruin: "We intervened at an early stage. Preventing an attack is more important than a criminal case. "

Charges May Be Filed Against UCLA Disruptors

The thugs who disrupted a pro-Israel event at UCLA on May 17 are sweating bullets now that the Cit Attorneys Office is considering prosecution based on complaints filed by students and others who were affected.

I applaud those who had the courage to file a complaint. This should become standard practice. Then, perhaps, these thugs will think twice before disrupting events on campus. Enough is enough.

Yale Law

Hat tip Campus Reform

Professor Gregg Gonsalves, an associate law professor at Yale, has some interesting perspectives on the law when it comes to issues of illegal immigration. He advocates hiding illegal aliens from ICE and disclosing the home addresses of ICE agents.

If this is Gonsalves' idea of the law, he has no business in any law school. He is advocating lawlessness.

Maxine Waters' Statement on Flag Burning at Her HQS

Last week, supporters of Rep. Maxine Waters showed up at her LA Hqs in response to a planned demonstration by a conservative group called Oath Keepers (which was cancelled due to threats of violence). An ugly incident occurred in which  a pickup truck occupied by two white men was stopped and an American flag was stolen from the back of the pickup. The flag was then burned.

Here is Maxine Waters less than unequivocal statement on the incident.

I wonder who wrote this for her. This is the same woman who recently urged her followers to get in the faces of  Trump administration officials. She has encouraged this kind of behavior.

Member of Stanford SJP Physically Threatens Zionists on Campus

Hat tip Pro-Israel Bay Bloggers

"Free free Palestine!"

Here is another reason why Students for Justice in Palestine should be banned from every campus in America. At Stanford, one of its members, a guy named Hamzeh Daoub, posted a Facebook message promising that he would physically fight "zionists" (sic) on campus.

Just what every campus needs. A brown shirt organization that engages in intimidation, disruption and threats of violence. As for Daoub's revised post, using the word "intellectually" instead of "physically", SJP does not engage in intellectual debate with pro-Israel students. SJP disrupts pro-Israel events and gets in the faces of pro-Israel students with mind numbing chants. They are incapable of intellectual debate. Mr Daoub is a sterling example.

Strzok to Page on Trump Investigation: "There's No Big There There"

Hat tip The Hill

"There's no big there there."

On May 19, 2017, two days after Robert Mueller was named special counsel by Deputy Attorney  General Rod Rosenstein, FBI agent Peter Strzok and his paramour, FBI lawyer Lisa Page exchanged texts regarding the Trump investigation, in which Strzok wrote, "There's no big there there". Last week, Page met with lawmakers in Congress behind closed door and according to John Solomon of the Hill confirmed that the words meant that there was no real basis for the Trump investigation.

"This month, they finally got the chance to ask. Strzok declined to say — but Page, during a closed-door interview with lawmakers, confirmed in the most pained and contorted way that the message in fact referred to the quality of the Russia case, according to multiple eyewitnesses."

This confirms that there is  stain on the FBI and every agent in the field knows it. To date, there is zero credible evidence to implicate Donald Trump and/or his campaign in colluding with the Russians in their attempts to meddle in our election. Yet they used an unverified Russian dossier supplied by a foreign agent hired, in effect, by the DNC and the Clinton campaign through Fusion GPS to obtain a FISA wiretap warrant against an American citizen, Carter Page, who was at the time, working for the Trump campaign. Couple that with all the derogatory remarks about Trump using FBI communications, and what we have is this:

"The guy is a douchebag, and we'll use this Russian dossier as our insurance policy to make sure he never gets elected. At the same time, we'll take care of the Clinton matter."

I am paraphrasing, of course.

White and Wong at SFSU

Image result for elmer fudd
"It's a matter of White and Wong."

The latest saga between San Francisco State University President Les Wong and his despicable professor, Rabab Abdulhadi is continuing. Over the years, Wong has been a solid friend to Abdulhadi and her thuggish friends in the General Union of Palestinian Students (GUPS). While the Guppies (whom she has mentored)  have spread murderous visuals over the campus calling for the murder of Israelis and their soldiers, Abdulhadi was using university funds to travel to the Middle East to attend a conference in Lebanon that never  materialized and meet with bad hombres in the West Bank instead.

Things had apparently changed earlier year when Abdulhadi used SFSU websites to proclaim that Zionists were not welcome on campus. That led Wong to state publicly that Zionist were, indeed welcome on campus, and to rebuke Abdulhadi's statement. Abdulhadi took  it a notch higher when she condemned Wong's statement as being a declaration of war against Arabs, Muslims and Palestinians. Even the chancellor of the California State University System, another empty suit named Tim White, stated that there would be consequences if Abdulhadi didn't remove her offensive postings. In his letter to the AMCHA Initiative, he wrote:
"As I write you, it is not yet clear whether this faculty member will comply with the request. If not, the University will explore all appropriate options with respect to this conduct."

She has not.

So what do White and Wong do? (No pun intended) Nothing. Apparently, they chose the least appropriate option, which was to do nothing (Hat tip Algemeiner).

It has long been clear that these two empty suits (White and Wong-no pun intended) both need to go. They have let a second-rate activist professor (Abdulhadi) humiliate them and bring yet another embarrassment to SFSU.

A Letter to LA Unified School District in Response to Pro-Islam, Anti-Israel Indoctrination

Hat tip to The Israel Group

In the past couple of years, there has been a ton of controversy over the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles Unified School Districts subjecting their students and teachers to outside indoctrination by Islamic activists presenting a sanitized version of Islam and demonizing Israel. In response, they have received many complaints. Below is a letter sent by the Israel Group (Los Angles) to the head of the LA Unified School  Board

Neither teachers nor students need to be subjected to people with such political agendas. That can hardly be called in-service training for teachers, not can it be called education for students. If these programs continue, the head of the LAUSD should be terminated.

More information is now available on the knife attack today on a Lubeck bus in Germany. The below link has three videos with English sub-titles.

Oakland Terror Plot Thwarted

Friends of defendant outside courthouse

Amer Alhagaggi, a 23-year-old man of Yemeni origin, has pleaded guilty to terrorism-related charges in a San Francisco court arising from his arrest while plotting to commit terrorist attacks in the Bay Area. He was arrested by the FBI in November 2016. He entered his plea on Wednesday.

Alhagaggi apparently had a special hate for gays, who would have been one of his targets.

I wonder what Oakland mosque he attended.
