I have just awakened to the news that President Trump and the First Lady have tested positive for Covid. At the same time, it seems that half the country and half the world is celebrating or making political points about the President's supposed carelessness.
Legal Insurrection has posted some of the ugly reactions pouring in from the left.
I was a child at the time, but I recall when President Eisenhower suffered a serious heart attack. The country was united in praying for his recovery. Compare and contrast that with now.

The height of hypocrisy is somebody in a MAGA hat bemoaning the lack of civility on the part of the left.
Here, I'll just paraphrase Trump himself for my reactions to him coming down with Covid:
It is what it is.
It affects virtually nobody.
I like Presidents who don't catch Covid 19.
Give me a break. Remove the plank from your eye first, brother.

Go ahead and celebrate. It is just further evidence of the corrupt values of the left. As to lack of civility. you should look at where all the violence today is coming from-Antifa and BLM.
