"Cease and desist!"
The Council for American Islamic Relations has been shot down by a Michigan judge in their latest effort to intimidate their opponents. In this case, citizens who were legally opposing the construction of another new mosque were being hit with subpoenas by this so-called civil rights organization. The judge said, "Knock it off."

Congratulations to David Yerushalmi and the American Freedom Law Center. Yerushalmi, predictably, gets called an "Islamophobe" for his legal work, but no matter. He and his organization are doing great work.

Finally! Some Judge found out what is going on with this lawfare intimidation.
It is heartening to know that some Judges understand what CAIR really stands for. They use "Lawfare" to intimidate the infidels. Thank you Judge for your vision in stopping CAIR in their tracks.
