Anjem Choudary in Front of the Angolan Embassy in London

Choudary is the nosepicker with the mic.

Hat tip Vlad Tepes and Daily Maverick

Islam's favorite ambassador of good will, Anjem Choudary, has led a protest in front of the Angolan embassy in London over claims that the country has banned Islam. Vlad Tepes has the report.

"Bearded clams" Hey! That was my line!

Oh well. Truth hath no patent.

As you can plainly see by the posters in the video and the statements of the "orators", these mopes would ban every other faith but Islam if they could. No matter. It seems the accusation against Angola may be slightly exaggerated.

This should settle the notion that jihadis are acting as part of a broad front of the oppressed people of the earth against U.S. imperialism. After all, Angola is led by MPLA (a Portuguese acronym for Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola), which succeeded in throwing off Portuguese colonial rule, and defeating one army financed by the CIA (Holden Roberto's FNLA) and another financed and armed by the South African Defense Forces (Jonas Savimbi's UNITA). The people of Angola may have long memories of the Arab merchants who used to bring coffles of enslaved persons down the rivers to the coast to ship overseas.
