Jerry Gordon, writing for the New English Review, tells us how some of my friends in the counter Jihadist movement are educating the public in Santa Monica on Saturday nights. This is not about hating Muslims as people. It is about educating the public about the dangers to our freedom that we face. It is about protecting human rights-including the human rights of our own Muslim citizens who don't care to be subjected to certain aspects of sharia in America (defamation, adultery, anti-gay laws, 2nd class citizenship for women, and apostasy laws that call for the death penalty.)
The good news is that every day more Americans are learning the truth about the problem. That number can only rise and never go down. This is part of that process. I certainly support what they do.
