Today, the Egyptian government followed through on its promise to clear the sit-in protesters who support the Muslim Brotherhood and ousted president Mohammed Morsi. They had stated they would act on Monday, but waited two more days.

At this point, I need to see more detail as to whether there was mutual combat involved or simply a case of government forces killing unarmed people. The above article mentions that three Coptic Christian churches have been destroyed. It is doubtful that was done by government forces.
