Old Joe (Biden) is at it again. While speaking in China, he has upset a lot of folks with his comments about China's one-child policy.

Way back before Joe started getting soft in the head, he had a unique talent for ticking people off deliberately, like when he was involved in the Clarence Thomas confirmation. Now it seems he wanders around like the near-sighted Mr McGoo making statements all over the map.
With Joe Biden, life is now one big 7-11 store with Indian cashiers.

It's called being polite to your hosts. He raised a cautious criticism without getting up in their face. It's easy to grandstand on twitter back in the USA when you don't have any real responsibility.
