If you don't know who Mary Robinson is, you should. This lady is a former president of Ireland (a ceremonial post-1990-1997) who was appointed by former UN Secretary General, the corrupt Kofi Annan, to be commissioner of the UN Office of the High Commission on Human Rights (1997-2002). Robinson is a critic of Israel and also the US-especially its military actions in the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. Once, when asked if George W Bush should be prosecuted for war crimes, she opined that the matter was "premature" and should be studied by an independent body.
As UN high commissioner, Robinson oversaw the Durban Conference on Racism in 2001, which concentrated its fire on the state of Israel. Last year, President Obama awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Here is John Bolton's take on that in the Wall Street Journal.

One thing must be pointed out in fairness to Robinson. During a meeting at Durban, someone handed her a cartoon book full of anti-Semitic images which was being handed out to attendees at the registration table. When she saw it, she stood up and protested, declaring (rhetorically), "I am a Jew."
Yet, the entire conference that she ruled over was nothing but an exercise in bashing Israel, yet another in a long line of UN embarrassments. In my view, that conference should have been brought to an abrupt end by Robinson as soon as she saw that cartoon book.
So now (last year), our president awards this woman a medal. Doesn't that speak volumes about where his ideology lies?
So what ever became of Robinson? I'll give you one guess.
That's right. In 2004, she was given a teaching position at Columbia University, where she has lived happily ever after.

It is not surprising tha tObama awarded the Presidentila Medal of Freedom to Mary Robinson, an Israel "basher". Obama is a "Radical and Chief"! Make no mistakes, this man is not what he said he was prior to the 2008 Presidential election. Stanley Kurtz, the author of "Radical and Chief: Obama and the untold story of American Socialism" calls him a "liar" and "deceiver" in his well documented book. We have a socialist in our White House, Kurtz reports. There were early warnings about Obama, put forth by Dr. Jerome Corsey, in his book "Obama Nation". But, it seemed that no one listened. A recent book written by Paul Kengor, points to Obama's earliest Marxist exposure by his own Mother, Anne Dunham, who was married to a Marxist Dad, Barack Obama Sr. Kengor has an entire chapter devoted to Obama's training by Frank Marshall Davis, a Marxist/Communist. Annie wanted the young Obama to have a mentor which was Davis. Pam Geller, in her book, "The Post American President", reveals Obama's close friends who are anti-Semites and Israel haters. These individuals are Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers and his wife Ms. Dorhn, Khalid al-Mansour, Rashid Khalidi, Robert Malley, and Zbigniew Brezinski. Kengor also nicely outlines Obama's socialist training at Columbia University, which led him down the road to "Community Organizing" in Chicago's leftist-liberal environment. If one would want to get a thorough Obama/UN expose', it can be offered up in Joseph Klein's book, "Lethal Engagement: Barack Hussein Obama, the United Nations & Radical Islam.
So there you have it, all you need to understand the POTUS and his actions. One wonders how many more volumes about this "lier" and "deceiver" (as Kurtz reveals) will be published before the 2012 election.
