Norman Finkelstein "Kidnapped" by Nassau County Police

Disgraced professor Norman Finkelstein is in the news again. It seems the loony anti-Israel warrior has run afoul of the law. According to him, he has been "kidnapped" by the Nassau County (NY)  police, who allegedly burst into his apartment late at night, bounced his head a few times on the floor and hauled him off to jail and a court appearance in his boxer shorts.

At least that's what Norman says happened. It seems he is the only source for this story. Israellycool has a video produced by the nutty ex-professor that raises more questions than it answers. Apparently, it had something to do with a scheduled court appearance for some transgression related to an anti-Israel protest.

Who knows what really happened? By his own admission, he refused to get dressed, so the cops threw some clothes into a bag and took him as he was.

Something is really fishy here. Cops don't handcuff prisoners to poles for five hours. In addition, Finkelstein's account of going to court in his boxer shorts sounds like a Hollywood B comedy. This just doesn't pass the smell test. I can't even find any reports on this in the news. Having seen this misfit speak on three occasions, I am convinced he is a kook. I'm not saying he's making this up, but then again....

Are They Taking No Prisoners in Raqqa?

This Fox News report strongly implies that coalition forces fighting ISIS in Syria (and perhaps Iraq as well) are taking no prisoners when it comes to foreign fighters. I hope it is true.

Obviously, ISIS is no signatory to the Geneva Convention, but it still raises the question of morality. I would argue, however, that this is a war unlike any other. The ISIS fighters, aside from the fact that they wear no national uniforms, do not represent any country, and do not adhere to any civilized rules of warfare to begin with, are vastly different from normal enemy soldiers.

Even in World War II, notwithstanding the fact that many German and Japanese soldiers committed gross war crimes, many did not. Many were merely sent into battle and fought honorably. The Allies had a system of war tribunals that dealt with those who committed war crimes. (Of course, many escaped justice altogether.) Those who fought honorably were entitled to humane treatment when captured until the cessation of hostilities. We maintained that principle during the Korean and Vietnam conflicts.

In my view, no ISIS fighter are fighting honorably, no matter how much they might think so due to their twisted Islamic ideology. They have conducted themselves like vicious animals. As to the foreign fighters, no sensible country should want them back-not even to clog up their courts and prisons. One known exception is Sweden, a nation that has lost its mind. They actually welcome ISIS fighters who left Sweden back. They provide them with new identities, housing, and job training. It is the height of folly. Sweden will pay the price with the deaths of its own citizens on its own streets.

I say let the Iraqis, Syrians, and Kurds deal with this scum as they wish. We cannot allow any of these animals back into our own countries. We have no business sending consular officers to look after them, transporting them back home, and giving them the benefit of a trial, defense lawyers, appeals and all. If and when they are identified, the US and other nations should take steps to revoke their citizenship (if naturalized) and leave them there to the mercies of the local authorities who captured them.

I hope no American soldier is put in the position of shooting defenseless prisoners. However, if the above report is accurate, this is a time to turn our heads and ask no questions.

Conservative pundit Milo Yiannopoulos is scheduled to speak at Cal State Fulleeton on Halloween, and sure enough his appearance is already bringing out the goblins-namely about 70 faculty members. They do not want Yiannopoulos to speak fearing he will "incite violence".

As usual, these professors have no idea about free speech because they don't respect it. It is not Yiannopoulos who is calling for violence. He merely wants to speak. Tariq Ramadan Accused of Rape

Ramadan was once barred from entry into the US, but that was lifted under President Obama. Thus, I have heard him speak twice in Southern California and had the chance to meet him briefly and ask him about the practice of stoning.

Of course, I don't know if Ramadan is guilty of this woman's accusation. I do, however, know that Ramadan is an Islamist posing as a reformer.

Sexual Abuse? "Islam Is the Answer"

Obviously they are reading about Harvey Weinstein over in the UK because The Independent has published an op-ed by a Muslim lawyer named Qasim Rashid. He is also a national spokesman for Ahmadiya Muslim Community USA. Mr Rashid opined that the answer to all this sexual abuse in the world is....Islam. Here is his op-ed.

Where does one begin? I will take Mr Rashid at his word that he shares our disgust at the actions of Harvey Weinstein, rapists, and sexual abusers in general. His solution is what I find laughable.

Mr. Rashid conveniently tells us about the verses in the Koran that preach respecting women. He tells us about times when the Prophet Mohammad defended the virtue of this or that woman. It is also, however, a fact that Mohammad took captive women as sex slaves for himself and his fellow warriors. It is also a fact that the teachings of Mohammad, the Koran, and the hadith have firmly placed Muslim women in a position of inferiority. Mr Rashid did not mention the verses in the Koran that talk of "that which your right hand possesses". That expression refers to those you are holding in slavery-including women and children. (For reference, read Koran; sura 2 verse 178, sura 4 verse 24, sura 8 verse 69, sura 16 verse 25, sura 23, verses 5-6, sura 24 verse 32, sura 33 verse 50.)

Mr Rashid does not mention that according to sharia law, a woman must have four male witnesses to corroborate her charge of rape. Failing that, the women can be branded an adulteress. Under sharia law, the penalty for adultery can be death.

There is currently a rape epidemic in Europe. Sweden, for example, is  considered the rape capital of Europe. Germany is seeing a dramatic increase in rape. The cause? No, European men have not suddenly turned into rapists. It is the migrant, refugee, asylum-seeker avalanche that has engulfed Western  Europe. The vast majority of these people are from the Middle East and North Africa. They are overwhelmingly Muslim.  Mr Rashid referred to French women being sexually harassed on  public transportation. The vast majority of these offenders are Middle Eastern or North African.

The problem is that many Muslim men (not all) do not respect non-Muslim women and consider them whores because they do not dress and act the way they expect their women to dress and act. In the UK, the country has experienced numerous cases of gangs of mostly men of Pakistani origin, recruiting, drugging and forcing young British girls to be sex slaves (sexual grooming). This is not the invention of some tabloid. Read the court cases that are on going at this very time.

Do I need to even mention what ISIS is doing to non-Muslim women they have captured in Syria and Iraq?

I should note that the Ahmadiya Muslims, who principally come from Pakistan and India, have a good record when it comes to not being involved in terrorism. It also needs to be mentioned that they are rejected by mainstream Muslims and badly persecuted in Pakistan and other Muslim-majority countries. That is because they believe in a latter day prophet named Ahmed who lived in the 19th century. That is blasphemous to other Muslims who believe that Mohammad was the final prophet.

Yet, having heard their presentations, I know they also stick to the party line when proselytizing for Islam. They do not deviate from the Koran or the veneration of Mohammad as the perfect man to emulate.

The bottom line here is that the answer to sexual abuse in our society does not lie in Islam. To be fair, Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby and so many other predatory males are not Muslim. Likewise, I would never accuse all Muslim men of being rapists or even most of them. I have no idea what the percentages would be. But I maintain that most of the Muslim men we see in Europe and the Middle East who are sexually abusing women are relying on the teachings from Mohammad and the Koran to justify their actions.  That is why I say the answer does not lie in Islam.

UC Santa Cruz College Republican Meeting Disrupted by Leftists

UC Santa Cruz is still living up to its reputation as America's Wackiest University. This week, leftist students (probably Community Studies majors) invaded a room in the college library where College Republicans were holding a meeting. Disruption and chanting ensued, and a hapless university official responded-to no avail. The below link has videos of the  incident. This is a testament to the ignorance and insanity that the left has brought to college campuses.

First of all, campus police should have been called and the protesters ordered to leave. If they refused, they should have been removed by force and charged. Secondly, at what point does this hapless  official tell these brats to watch their foul language? That right there, when directed at a university official, should result in disciplinary action. Instead, the official announces that she is going to go and find her supervisor. Swell.

Finally, I hope the reader notes the absurd reasoning used by these brats.

This is what conservative students are facing on campuses all over the country. For them, there is no free speech. As we used to say a generation ago, 1984 is approaching.

2800 New Hillary-Huma-Weiner Emails

If you thought the Hillary Clinton email scandal was dead and forgotten-not so fast. The FBI has just turned over (to Judicial Watch) 2,800 emails between Hillary and Huma Abedin that were sent to Anthony Weiner's laptop (Yep. That Anthony Weiner.). These were State Dept. emails that Weiner had no clearance to view.





This is a crime. If the FBI already has them, they have a prosecutable case. It all comes down to whether we truly have equal justice under the law.
