The Hague- The Aliyah Styling bridal fashion shop was the target of the explosion that caused enormous chaos and the deaths of 6 persons on the Tarwekamp (Street) in the Hague. That was reported by police Tuesday evening on the TV program, Opsporing Gezocht.

Earlier Tuesday, police announced that they arrested three men Monday evening just before midnight. The bridal shop was located on the bottom floor. "We are, of course, in contact with the managers of the shop." On the ground floor next to the bridal shop, there are also the Bar Rosa and a shop for Indian furniture.

Why the bridal shop was the target is still a puzzle. The police are urgently calling for people who know more about the case or have more information about the reason for the explosion.

The investigative team is also looking for people who have more information about a dark blue 2009 Toyota Yaris that may have driven away at a high rate of speech shortly before the explosion. Information is also being sought on a champaign-colored Kia Ceed Stationwagen, also 2009. That could concern local residents or people who can link the cars to the explosion or conflicts.

Police hope to hear from local residents if they saw something suspicious around the building in the days leading up to the mega explosion on Saturday morning around 6:15.  "If anything was noticed at the bridal shop, we would like to hear about it," said a police spokesperson.

Nineteen households without home

In the attack, 6 people, namely residents in the above apartments, were killed and 4 people were injured. A young boy of 8 years was saved from the rubble and now must live the rest of his life without his parents and sister. Nineteen households were left homeless.

The three men who are now in custody are in full restriction and can only have contact with their attorneys. later this week, they will be brought before the examining magistrate. What their role is in the attack is unclear.
