Among all the performers who testified at the first Trump impeachment circus, one of the most unimpressive was Stanford law professor Pamela Karlan, who testified as to why Trump deserved to be impeached. She was no witness or participant to any of the events that were cited by the lynch mob conducting the proceedings. She was just of the opinion-as a legal expert- that Trump should be removed. She was not only unconvincing, she came across as shrill and unhinged-especially when she threw a cheap rhetorical shot at Trump's son, Barron.
But Karlan apparently impressed Old Joe or his advisors who are tucking him into bed at night, waking him up the next morning, getting him dressed, and telling him what to say and who to appoint. Karlan is being appointed to a high post in the Justice Department Civil Rights Division. Legal Insurrection breaks the bad news.
And what in the world was she doing on Facebook's oversight board? Hopefully, she wasn't taking down posts of people who she didn't agree with.
Get ready for a radicalized, leftist Justice Department that will spend most of its resources going after "dangerous right-wingers" and cops. And, Barron, you'd better watch your p's and q's.
