We have been reporting on the case of Nicolas Damask,a professor at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona who has been under fire for discussing Islamic terrorism in the classroom. Both Damask and the school were the object of a lawsuit brought by CAIR.
We are now informed that the court has dismissed the case. Below is a report from The Volokh Conspiracy, which has a pdf of the judgment.
