We have been reporting on the story of Scottsdale Community College professor Nicholas Damask, who has been under fire for his course materials which one of his students claimed were "anti-Muslim". In our last report, Damask received support from the interim chancellor, Steven Gonzales. Now Damask and SCC have been hit with a lawsuit from the student and the Arizona chapter of CAIR.

I am reminded of the old saying, "Truth is an absolute defense". Damask used materials that were demonstrably true, and he should be able to defend them in court.
