Today, as CNN breathlessy reports another revelation from the New York Times-just as the Senate votes not to hear witnesses and to acquit President Trump in this farce of an impeachment- we learn of a real scandal in the Netherlands. In this video from the Dutch Parliament, Geert Wilders excoriates Justice Minister Ferd Grapperhaus (rhymes with crapper house). Wilders charges that cell phones were discovered in refugee centers with child porn and torture videos, in January 2017, and that the inspector was silenced due to upcoming elections in March 2017. Note Grapperhaus' weak response to the allegation. (I am not sure when this report actually surfaced.)
