Just another day at the chancellor's office
"What? Another complaint on Abdulhadi?"
San Francisco State University's controversial professor, Rabab Abdulhadi, has repeated material from her personal Facebook page to the official Facebook page of her department at SFSU-bearing SFSU's letterhead. Naturally, it concerns her personal views of Israel and promotes BDS against the Jewish state. That has led to a letter being sent to the California State University chancellor in protest.

As the Amcha Initiative points out, Abdulhadi is entitled to her personal opinions and the right to express them, repugnant as they may be. However, when she puts them on SFSU materials, it implies that it has the imprimatur of the university. That is not only unprofessional, it is unethical. But what else is new here?
