If this is true, it is great news. The German news outlet, Deutsche Welle (English site) is reporting that Asia Bibi is now in Canada with her husband and children. However, this was contradicted by other sources.

We continue to pray for her safety. Her case is a national embarrassment. If the Pakistani authorities have already, or can in the future, spirit her out of the country safely, it will be to their credit. If the worst case scenario comes to pass, it will be to Pakistan's everlasting shame.
