1938
On the night of November 9-10, 1938, Nazi thugs attacked Jewish homes and shops all over Germany in what has come to be known as Reichskristallnacht (Night of the broken glass).
Earlier this week, we showed parts 1 and 2 of a group of Germans filming the chaos at Cologne's Domplatz (Cathedral Square) as hundreds of Arab men set off fireworks, drank, accosted German women calling them "Nazi sluts", and breaking bottles.
Here is part 3, courtesy of Vlad Tepes and Gates of Vienna. What strikes you here is the constant sound of bottles breaking on the pavement. We might call it Bundeskristallnacht (federal night of broken glass)
