Hank Johnson and His "Knowledge" of Hitler

Congressman Hank Johnson (D-GA) is probably the dumbest person in Congress. This is the man who  once worried (seriously) on the House floor that increased US troop presence in Guam might tip that island over.

This week, Johnson spoke before the once proud NAACP in Atlanta and compared President Trump to Adolf Hitler. It was an embarrassment. He even got the year wrong that Hitler took power in Germany saying it was in 1932. It was 1933. (Just nit-picking.)

This is not nit-picking. When Trump bans opposition parties in America, you can compare him to Hitler. When Trump starts throwing political opponents in concentration camps, you can compare him to Hitler. When Trump starts invading other countries without cause and starts World War III, you can compare him to Hitler. When Trump starts persecuting religious or racial minorities, you can compare him to Hitler. When Trump brings about the next Holocaust, you can compare him to Hitler.

Until then, Representative Johnson, you don't know what you are talking about.

Trump isn't smart enough to be Hitler. He's more like Mussolini, only not as bright, not as competent (which is already a low bar), and thankfully, without any organized legions.
