How many times have we heard of these horror stories; illegal alien criminals who, instead of being turned over to ICE, were turned loose on the streets once the sanctuary cites were done with them in the courts? Now we have a Mexican national, turned loose in New Jersey, who promptly went to Missouri and is now charged with three murders.

The body count continues to rise, and yet, the Democrat leaders of these cities and states proudly proclaim that they will continue to be sanctuaries for "undocumented" immigrants, no matter how many crimes they commit. In California, we have just replaced one sanctuary governor (Jerry Brown) with another (Gavin Newsome).There is no end in sight until our Congress and Justice Department intervene and make these actions into prosecutable crimes. Federal law trumps state law every time when there is any conflict, and those who obstruct federal law should be prosecuted.
