I don't mean to engage in hyperbole, but to me, Salvini is a hero, a man of action, who is trying to save Italy from being overrun and destroyed by an invasion-not immigration-but invasion. He has incurred the wrath of the EU and other Western Leaders like Emmanuel Macron of France. No matter. Salvini's responsibility is to Italy. By leading the way, along with leaders from Austria and the Eastern European members of the EU, they may just save Europe.
