Netherlands: Dordrecht Mosque Scene of Mass Brawl

A Turkish mosque in the Dutch town of Dordrecht was the scene of a brawl involving about 30 people. No, it wasn't a bunch of Dutch soccer hooligans stomping each other with wooden shoes. It was that age old hatred between Turks and Kurds being imported to the Netherlands.

"And coming up on the  right is our new mosque."
The fight was on the street near a mosque, reports the police. It is not known what the reason was.
It is not the first time that a fight has taken place near the mosque. Two years ago, the property of the Turkish mosque was stormed by dozens of people. The reason was the insulting of a Kurdish family in the Dordtse Wielwijk, because they had a Kurdish flag hanging in front of the window, RTV Rijnmond reports.
