It's been a bad week in Pakistan. But then again, every week is a bad week if you live in Pakistan. This week, Radio Pakistan carried a story about UNESCO having issued a certificate declaring Islam as the world's most peaceful religion.

Today, the Taliban, apparently deciding to restore order to the confusion, carried out a suicide attack at a hospital in Quetta. The target was a group of lawyers who had gathered to claim the body of a colleague who had been shot to death the previous day.

So now things are back to normal in Pakistan.
