Killer of James Foley May Be Identified
US and UK authorities think they may have identified the man who beheaded James Foley. He is a rapper, no less named Abdel Majed Abdel Bary.

Eric Holder wants to capture this ibn sharmota alive, read him his Miranda rights, extradite him to the US, and give him a federal trial. Hopefully, a drone missile will find him first.

Of course Eric Holder would give this Islamist slim a day in court, with Miranda rights and a lawyer. The Prosecution could violate the Brady rules, as the DoJ, under Holder, did in the past. What would one expect from a lawyer who defend terrorists in his practice, prior to becoming the lackey for Obama in the DoJ.

Either one would be good, but as I recall, the Nazis attempted a daring raid to kidnap Winston Churchill, not to kill him with a V-2. There are benefits to snatching a person alive and subjecting them to trial. 'Member Nuremberg?
Anyway, its not the AG's job to direct military strikes. It is his job to apprehend and prosecute. If the military get the guy first, hey, he's in action in a battle zone. If Holder were silent on the matter, Squid would be screaming in rage that the AG was doing NOTHING about this horrendous crime.
