Oh No! Another Fund Raiser in Anaheim-For Gaza

There is one thing these Islamist organizations in the US know how to do and that is hold fundraisers. In fact, that's about all they do. Accordingly, with the fighting raging in Gaza, the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California is holding a (yawn) fundraiser tomorrow night in Anaheim-for Gaza.

And who is the "headline" speaker? Why none other than your friend and mine, Hatem Bazian, professor extraordinarius of victimology at UC Berkeley. Is that the best you can do? Too bad they won't be serving alcohol. After about 10 minutes of listening to this guy and his power point presentations, some of these pious folks are going to wish they had brought a flask of tequila.

Aside from raising support for Hamas, er Gaza (heh heh), the Shura Council now seemingly is devoting itself to the border situation by supporting the flood of people into this country from Central America. Thanks a lot.

And how about that project to get their books into prison libraries (see above link)? That's all we need is our prison population reading the collected works of people like Yusuf al Qaradawi and Maulana Maududi. You think California prisons are dangerous places now. Wait till they read these guys' verses.

So the question that should be asked (by the FBI, for example) is how is that money being raised tomorrow going to make it to Gaza without going through the hands of the Gazan government (Hamas). I suppose it can be done, but I hope someone is making sure Hamas doesn't get any of that money.
