Hat tip Free Republic
Now that Jeh Johnson has testified before Congress, we are learning more and more details of this mess that has been largely created by President Obama's policies.

So now we learn that Central American parents are giving their daughters birth control pills in case they get raped along the way as they travel through Mexico.
We are also now being told that the average cost per child for care and housing is anywhere from $250 to $1,000 a day. In addition, they are rapidly running out of places to put them as well as beds.
We also learn that they are putting these kids on buses and planes even before they can be treated for all the communicable diseases many of them are carrying.
We also learn that DEA and other agencies of the El Paso Intelligence Center interviewed almost 300 of these folks, and all but only a handful said the reason they came was because they had been told that Obama would let them stay if they made it across the border. And why would they not believe that? It has only been a couple of weeks since Obama hosted ten young illegal aliens at the White House and saluted them as "Champions of Courage". What kind of message do you think that sends to Central America?
Last night on Sean Hannity's show on Fox, we saw a newspaper ad from the San Diego area telling people they could earn as much as $6,000 a month to house one of these children.
So man up, President Obama. While it is true that none of your predecessors ever seriously tried to secure the border, this latest debacle is squarely on you.
You want to know where to get that money to pay for this? Don't make us pay for it. Take it out of the foreign aid we give to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
And stop the bleeding. Secure that border now.

You still haven't answered the fundamental question Gary... Do we machine gun them at the border, or take them into custody and process them?
You did answer that question once. You said that the second of three options I outlined, is about the least bad choice available. And it is about what the government is doing.
In the spirit of your current line of screed, why don't you walk down to the ocean and tell the tide to turn back?
I wonder if I can get one of these kids to do my housework. They don't eat much and I can rent him/her out.
Careful Findalis, you're creating propaganda for Hamas. Al Jazeera is going to quote you as evidence that American Jews are scheming to enslave Hispanic children. (And if you were representative, they'd be right.)
