Clinton Aides Tell NY Times to Back Off?

"During the closed-door gathering, Clinton aides reportedly griped about the paper's coverage of the potential 2016 candidate, arguing that Clinton has left public office and not be subjected to harsh scrutiny, according to a source familiar with the discussions."
"We are not going to comment," said a Times spokesperson when contacted by the Free Beacon."

Is this familiar? Yet another case of Clinton hacks trying to intimidate a newspaper-even a friendly one like the NY Times- into not printing anything negative about the famous political couple-in this case, Mrs Clinton who is the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate in 2016.

And how bout the "No comment" coming from the NY Times. Isn't that a switch? I though that's what politicians were supposed to tell reporters.

At least she's not doing what Ronald Reagan did in 1968... "I am not a candidate..." "I am not a candidate..." "I am not a candidate..."
