Iran Ups the Ante in UN Envoy Impasse

Now tat the White Hose has announced it will not issue a visa to Iran's choice as new UN envoy, the mad mullahs have announced that they will not withdraw the nomination.

This of course pus the ball back in the White House court. They can now bend to UN pressure or they ca invoke the clause about a threat to our national security. If they knuckle under on this, it will be another example of our failed foreign policy and weakness in the face of terror-sponsoring states like Iran.

I know you would just as soon see the UN relocate to another country anyway, but as long as it is located here, its none of our government's business to vet who other countries choose to represent them at the United Nations. We of course have the right to refuse ambassadors or consuls to our own country.

This is incredibly juvenile on the part of Cruz, Schumer, Obama, and everyone else.
