A number of experts in the field have already warned us that this program is an identity thief's wet dream. And now we learn that the people you are sending your social security number to and all that are not even subjected to background checks. They can be convicted felons for all Kathy knows.
Who knows? Maybe if you try to enroll by phone, instead of talking to some guy in India, you may be talking to some guy in Lagos, Nigeria. Maybe if you're lucky, he will inform you that you have won the UK Lottery.
Then just give the nice man your bank account information and you will be set.
