This week, UC Irvine's newspaper, New University, is running my letter to the editor on Patel's speaking appearance at UCI last week and the paper's own article on the speech.

In fairness to Patel, I can't exactly accuse him of dodging questions as the title of the piece suggests. He was never asked a critical question in the first place.
