CAIR Convention: Glenn Greenwald to Speak by Video
All you folks who were planning to pay $80 to hear Glenn Greenwald speak at the CAIR convention in Anaheim on Saturday, you might want to reconsider going. According to a little birdie, he will be appearing by VIDEO.
Such a nice boy that Gary Fouse is, helping everyone who wants to hear Glenn Greenwald speak to get a chance to hear his message... or maybe just trying to divert any funds that might flow to CAIR... cute Gary.
If I was Glenn Greenwald of the UK Guardian, who published the leaked documents from Snowden, I would not show up in the U.S. either. He could be arrested for high crimes, sharing confidential "Top Secret" documents. Or, he may just disappear!
He didn't commit a crime... he published information that became known to him without his committing any crime whatsoever. His source may, or may not, have committed a crime. Haven't you read the litigation over publishing the Pentagon Papers?
I am neutral here. He has not been charged. I think I noted that. My point is that CAIR advertised he would be present and charged people 60-80 to come and see and hear him.
