Rusty Kennedy to Moderate on Speech Issues

I see the Orange County Human Relations Commission and their empty suit CEO, Rusty Kennedy will be holding some kind of free speech event on December 4.

Big deal.

Kennedy is the double-dipping CEO of the OCHRC, a $250,000 dollar a year white elephant that makes its living making Orange County residents believe that hate reigns supreme in the county and we need the OCHRC to make us all get along-which we do quite well without the OCHRC, thank you. Kennedy is also the purveyor of the prestigious Rusty Award given out each year to his liberal pals.

Anyway, here's the big announcement.

Here's my question: I thought Shawn Nelson was the supervisor who wanted to cut the budget for OCHRC from $300,000 to $202,000 last year. What gives now?
