Marine LePen of the French National Front party addressed the feckless EU this week in the face of the boat tragedy in which a boat capsized off the Italian island of Lampedusa drowning hundreds. Today we learn that a second boat has capsized killing many more more passengers.

LePen speaks common sense. Her own country is witnessing its very own social fabric being torn apart. And according to EU laws, once someone sets foot in an EU country, they can cross from EU country to EU country without hindrance. In this speech, LePen describes the financial and social costs involved.
If it is legitimate to remove the incentives for people to come to the US illegally (jobs), is it not legitimate to discuss removing the European incentives (welfare) as well?
