Fast and Furious Cover up Continues

The Justice Department under Eric Holder and his gang continues to do its best to cover up Operation Fast and Furious. ATF agent John Dodson has written a book about the case, but ATF has denied permission for it to be published saying it would "have a negative effect on morale".

Just whose morale would the book hurt? Eric Holder's?

I should point out that if Dodson is still an agent, he does have to get agency approval to write the book. Agency approval is required for any outside employment. In fact, he would need approval even after leaving the agency. The obvious reason for this requirement is to ensure that sensitive information is not disclosed to the public. But to quote agency morale as a reason just doesn't cut it. Morale is bad enough at ATF as a result of Fast and Furious and the appointment of their newly-confirmed director. B. Todd Jones.

Dodson knows that his career is toast, and this just puts an exclamation mark on it. He is showing a lot of courage against some very bad people. I hope he prevails.

Fast and Furious joins Benghazi and Van Jones and Bill Ayers and Rev Wright and Syria and a number of other words will be banned from the schools and the language in the hopes they will disappear. As much as the administration would like us not to think about these things and concentrate on their food stamps and free cell phones but is not going to happen.
