Remember that IRS scandal where a couple of rogue agents in Cincinnati were targeting Tea Party groups and nobody in Washington had anything to do with it?
Well, apparently, according to a Washington Post article, the IRS chief Counsel, William Wilkins, must have been from the Queen City himself.
