Disgraceful Insult to Italian Minister

Hat tip The Blaze
Kyenge Italian minister

It is very distressful to read reports like this report from The Blaze. I lived in Italy from 1982 to 1987. For me it was  a most hospitable nation, and I still hold great affection for the Italian people.

In recent years, the country has been besieged by immigrants, not all of whom are making a positive impact, and not all of whom are even coming legally. Yet, reports of African soccer players being insulted with racist chants in stadiums are troubling. So is this report of one immigrant, Cecile Kyenge, who has been naturalized and is a government minister, very troubling.

It is one thing to disagree with the policies and politics of a politician. What happened to Ms Kyenge is outrageous.

Well said, Gary.

(Northern Italians don't even get along with those dark-skinned southern Italians, but it still isn't right).
