College Republicans Denied Entry to Obama Speech in Missouri

Hat tip Daily Caller and College Fix

So much for the most transparent administration in history as ten College Republicans were barred from a speech by President Obama at the University of Central Missouri on Wednesday-even though they had tickets.

I guess the Secret Service must have been reading those security flyers Janet Napolitano of DHS was passing around a couple of years back warning of right wing terrorists.

These whiners sound like members of the Muslim Students Union, except with slightly different politics. Their protestations of innocence are laid on a bit too thick. I wonder whether anyone would have had any reason to even take special notice of them if they hadn't been altogether in a group, and wearing t-shirts with conspicuous slogans? Or if their names were already on a watch list, I wonder what disruptive activities some of them might have engaged in, in the past? The real merits of the situation are far from clear, but the partisan rant sounds like... CAIR or ISNA when being asked a direct question they don't want to answer.

Being denied entrance into the marathon feckless Obama speech was probably a gift. But, they should have been given their right to enter. Has someone's civil rights being denied?!

But, this is not the end for the College Republicans. They will probably be audited by the IRS for the rest of their lives and all of their communications will be monitored by the NSA and the FBI will open case files and Eric Holder will have the Nation try to find email dirt on these Republicans.
