I generally do not identify with a lot of women's issues out there, but this is one issue I can get behind. The below report of forced female genital mutilation comes from Sanctuary for Families

This is not just a problem that affects certain parts of Africa and the Middle East. It is being carried out directly or indirectly in the West as described in the article, and it cannot be tolerated. It is going to take some well-publicized prosecutions here for this issue to get the notice it deserves.

Where is the FOUSESQUAWK outrage over the Forced Male Genital Mutilation going on in every Jewish synagogue and temple in America and the rest of the Western World?
After the mutilation a specialized Jewish rabbi (Mohel) must perform fellatio on the infant (Metzitzah) to abide by Jewish Law (Halakah).

I only post this to show the nature of the anti-Semitic crowd out there. This comment comes from Los Angeles, so I am assuming it comes from the purveyors of Jew-hatred at La Voz de Atzlan, a site whose focus is on the return of the SW to Mexico. The sicko that runs this site actually accompanied that other famous sicko, George Galloway, on one of those Viva palestina boat lifts to the Hamas terrorists in Gaza.
Voz de Atzlan is an openly anti-Semitic site that attacks Jews at every opportunity. For some reason, these sickos that write for Voz are fixated on the idea which Anonymous quoted.
Let me tell you something, Hector or Ernesto, or whatever your name is, you are a coward because you don't have the balls to affix your name to what you write to me. Unlike you, I sign my name to what I write. You know who I am and you know where I work. Be a man and sign your name to your wacko ideas.
Gary I am indeed a proud Hispanic and Catholic, but I am in no way a member of or support La Voz de Atzlan or the Reconquista movement. I am 100% Hispanic-American.
Instead of attacking me personally why don't you address the content of my previous post? Is it your habit of trying to label all those who tell uncomfortable truths about Jews, Judaism and Israel as racists and bigots?

I took the time to ask around on the Jewish circumcision ritual. Here is one response.

As far as I know, male circumcision is also performed in the Muslim religion but
not when they are babies but much older. It is a sign that you entered the
Covenant at one time. The Covenant, by memory, is " I am the Lord your God who
took you out of Egypt to be your God. ... Further, "You should love your God
with all your heart and being. Take these commandments which I give you this
day and place them upon your gates and door posts and ...." follow them...
being the 10 Commandments and what flowed from them thereafter. One of the
things that flowed afterwards was that in order for it to be a proper
circumcision, there had to be a drop of blood. The person who does the
circumcision (and you have to qualify and be designated) occasionally has to
use a small glass tube, about the size of a thin pencil lead, to draw blood if
it is not forthcoming for some reason. He draws in by mouth on one end of the
tube (sterile pipette) and the other end is the baby's penis. I'm not an
expert on this but I think the tube is about 2 or 3 inches long. I do know
that his lips or mouth never touches the baby's penis. I've been to a number
of circumcisions over the years and have never seen even the use of the tube.
There is a very strict religious commandment that a man should not lie with
another man as he would with a woman and this would no doubt prohibit fellatio,
as your anonymous blogger asserts.
I see the photo he sent now and see that he is referring to adults, which did
not occur to me. This would be the case if an adult male converted to Judaism
and had to be circumcised. The same glass tube, described above, would be used
but I imagine it would never be necessary.
I don't know the source of the photo but suspect it is from some Middle East
anti-Semitic site or, more likely, photo shopped.
I never heard of a circumcision being done in a Synagogue or Temple like this.
It is just something that is not ever considered or done. It may not even be
allowed. They are usually done at home with a dozen or so friends and relatives
or in the hospital. I can check on this but it may be the proof that this is a
forgery.

If you want me to concede that there are some bad rabbis out there, I will agree-just as their are good and bad pastors, priest, and imams. I have crossed swore with a few rabbis myself.
You take an anecdotal story and say this is how circumcisions are done by all rabbis.
As for the other issue, you may not be Voz de Aztlan, but you talk just like they do. With all the things I have written about Islam and certain Muslims, I never condemned Muslims as people. I have never said about Muslims what you say about Jews. You should consider how you would fell if people talked about Hispanics like that.
I have read more coherent arguments that if women can't be mutilated, then male circumcision must also be banned. I have rejected all such arguments, which make about as much sense as saying that pregnancy leave is unfair to men. (On the latter issue, I believe laws should provide that any man or woman who becomes pregnant is entitled to equal periods of leave).
Developing a ritual to "circumcise" women inevitably means cutting into sensitive internal tissues, because women's sexual organs are internal.
What men lose in circumcision is a rather useless outer appendage. It may have served a purpose when our naked ancestors were swinging through trees and in danger of bumping painfully into a branch at high speed...
I was circumcised, not because I am either Jewish or Muslim, but because it was a standard prophylactic medical practice when I was born. I can't recall in all the years from 4th grade through 12th grade seeing one uncircumcised penis in any school locker room when taking showers after gym class. I do not feel oppressed. I feel that its enough trouble to get a growing boy to clean behind his ears, without leaving him anything else to peel back and clean out.
Anyway, it reduces the likelihood of contracting or passing on HIV, which is why macho men in Africa are lining up to have it done.
Efforts to ban male circumcision have provided a rare opportunity for Muslim - Jewish unity in Europe. Both faiths require male circumcision. Neither requires or even encourages female circumcision.
Neither was practiced by the clans of Mecca before Muhammed. Female circumcision is not mentioned once in the Qu'ran. It was embedded in the cultures of some parts of Africa, long before Islam existed, and has persisted, and sometimes become entwined with local Muslim teaching.
As for Jews and Hispanics, I read about a ten year old Hispanic boy who was taken to the creek behind his house by his grandfather in the 1950s, where grandpa took a pitcher and poured water over the boy's head, telling him, I'm washing away the baptism. You are not Catholic. You are Jewish.
The family had been living for generation in secrecy, ever since the Inquisition. Having gone to good American Catholic parochial schools that taught the Jews were the killers of Christ, the boy was quite confounded by this revelation. When he grew up, he moved to Los Angeles and became a Greek Orthodox priest.
Do I sound like Nancy Pelosi, Gary? I don't think she knows this much history. Nothing breaks down petty prejudices like being fed complete information about how complex real life was throughout history, and how rarely it conforms to anyone's preferred myths.
