That is what Creeping Sharia is reporting according to a Democratic source. President Obama will nominate Thomas Perez, currently in charge of the DOJ Civil Rights division and Eric Holder's top henchman. This is bad news because it means Obama has selected another left-wing radical to fill his cabinet.

Perez would appear to be on board with the idea of finding a way to criminalize any criticism or open discussion of Islam. If he moves to Labor, he won't be involved in that effort, but whoever succeeds him with like have the same bent.
Of course, DOJ has no intention of similarly cracking down on Muslim anti-Semites like Amir Abdel Malik Ali, Louis Farrakhan, or Abdul Alim Musa, all of whom regularly make public speeches attacking Jews. That will always be considered free speech, but just to point out the radicals among Muslims would be considered a criminal offense-as it is in Europe. It also means that our elected and appointed leaders have no regard for peaceful American Muslims who do not wish to be led by organizations like CAIR, MPAC, MAS, ICNA or ISNA.
