The competency and credibility of the State Department continues to be open to suspicion with this report that a top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told Congressional staffers within 24 hours of the Benghazi attack that it appeared to be a coordinated terrorist attack. Meanwhile, UN Ambassador Susan Rice was telling everybody that it was a protest that got out of hand, a line that persisted for a week.
