Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius is just another one of President Obama's bad choices for his cabinet. She is also a hack who regularly launches broadsides against Obama's opponents.. Lost amid all the horrific news out of the Middle East is the fact that she has violated the Hatch Act, which is supposed to regulate political activity on the part of those in government (stop laughing).

Nonetheless, we have already been told that the White House plans to take no action against Sibelius. After all, Sibelius has probably been violating the Hatch Act every day since she took office.

If Gary had done the same during his career, I would wager he would have been at least severely disciplined, if not terminated from government service outright.
