Certainly will, and I am not laughing. Why do you think we have the periodic hubbub from Dems/libs (Sherman, et al) about multi-lingual ballots?? This is the primary vehicle (there are others) for non-citizen (legal and illegal immigrants alike) voter fraud, and it is shameful.
