Old Uncle Joe Biden has wandered off again and he showed up in Warren, Ohio, where he wandered into a diner. What happened next is one for the ages. I saw the video of this on Fox, and it is classic. I am still looking for it on the internet. Essentially, he looks like an obnoxious drunk wandering from table to table trying to make friends with somebody. Here is the narrative from Hot Air.
