Your friend and mine, Janet Napolitano, is back in the news again-and not for keeping the homeland secure. This time, she is the subject of a lawsuit filed by one of her male employees.

Of course, you won't be hearing about this on MSNBC or CNN unless they have information favorable to Janet, but can you imagine if this had happened during a Republican administration and involved a male DHS director being sued for similar reasons by a female employee? Can you say, "media feeding frenzy"?

"Uhhhhh, yeaaaaah."


I could just envision the New York Times.

A spokesperson for DHS is denying the claims.

Now a second male agent has filed a discrimination suit against Napolitano.
