But wait! This is not Obama's fault. This is the tsunami in Japan, inheriting a bad economy, the Republicans in the House, the Europian economy, the rich people, off-shore bank accounts, Ms. Romney's horse, not having access to Romney's last 10 years of IRS tax documents, not having the values of Chicago, and, Fousesquack.
