One more headache for embattled director of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano as she has now been sued by her own agents for forcing them to not do their sworn duties to, well, secure the homeland.

Janet Napolitano has redefined the term, "incompetent". She has made "Homeland Security" into an oxymoron. This is the woman who, after plane passengers subdued a guy who had already been reported by his father, and who had boarded an Amsterdam-Detroit flight with no documents and a bomb in his underwear, told us that the system worked perfectly. (The "system" was the passengers.) This is the same woman who tells us that she has had no conversations with Eric Holder about Fast and Furious since the scandal broke even though those weapons killed one, if not two of her own agents. This is the woman who brought a Muslim adviser, who had spoken at a 2004 convention in Texas dedicated to honoring the Ayatollah Khomeini, into her headquarters where he downloaded internal information to use against Texas governor Rick Perry. It seems her main priority now is to help get the Dream Act passed. That will supposedly help our national security.
This woman makes Jimmy Carter look like Einstein.
