What! Another DOJ Scandal?

Hat tip Daily Caller

-Lagniappe

"This is a formal notice that David Margolis, Associate Deputy Attorney General (ADAG) approved the recusal of the entire United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Southern District of Alabama from the investigation and potential prosecution of Herman Thomas,” the email reads. "The resucal was authorized based on existing conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest pertaining to the case.”

Daily Caller has picked up an article by a Mobile, Alabama alternative newspaper called Lagniappe, which has just disclosed information from a Freedom of Information request that raises yet another questionable action by the Justice Department-on their first day under the Obama administration. It concerns  Herman Thomas, a judge in Alabama who was supposed to be prosecuted by the US Justice Department on civil rights charges.

So what is the conflict of interest? If it was the fact that Thomas had friends in high places in the local FBI and US Attorneys office, does that make him unprosecutable?

Shocker! The corrupt Holder DoJ does not prosecute a "perv". I remember what corruptoman said in March, 2011 nd it was quite instructive in that he would not prosecute Blacks, as part of his Doj unwritten policy. Here is what sets Holder's thinking and policy when he shared this statement: "When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphia—which was inappropriate, certainly that…to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people,"
