Attorney General Eric Holder met with Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) for 20 minutes today at the Capitol. Instead of producing the subpoenaed documents, Holder offered only a briefing. He now has until tomorrow to produce the documents to avoid a contempt vote in the House.

Strangely, Holder told reporters afterward," The ball is in their court."
Mr Attorney General: If you really think the ball is in their court, get ready for an overhead slam-as they say in tennis.
