Bad Day in Berlin

"Good news, mein Fuehrer. Our police arrested two  murderers today."

There must be something in those Berliner Weisses they drink in Germany's capital. First, Berlin's cops catch a murder suspect from Canada who dismembered his victim.

Now we get this word from the British tabloid Daily Mail about a guy who dismembered his wife in front of their kids  and swung her head at Berlin's finest as they tried to arrest him.

I can't figure out what your point is. You are opposed to arresting people suspected of murder by dismemberment? You suggest that only Nazis arrest murderers? Or what?

By the way, have you read Chief Justice Roberts's excellent dissent in the Indianapolis property owner's case? The majority opinion seems to be Justice Breyer's revenge for Apprendi v. New Jersey. Good news mein Feuhrer! Administrative convenience justifies anything!
