Can't wait to find out this is not really Zimmerman (although I believe ABC, probably among others, has "positively" ID'ed it as such). This dude does look like he is balding quite a bit for a guy of 28 and I have not really noticed that before on Zimmerman, but who knows?? Will have to take a better look.
Or maybe it is "photoshopped", I believe it is called?? At any rate, if it actually is Zimmerman, it obviously must have been altered in some fashion to appear worse than it really was, if he was injured at all, no??
Sure does look to me like at least a sucker punch from behind with some object other than a fist or, alternatively, maybe getting your head pounded into the ground/sidewalk as allegedly reported by Zimmerman.
Head wounds bleed a lot and this does not look really that bad, but you have to remember, and the lefties rarely if ever mention, that as I understand it, it was not necessary that Zimmerman's life or body was in imminent danger, but only that he BELIEVED that to be the case, in order that his actions be in accordance with common law self-defense.
