Brian Terry's Family Speaks Out on Eric Holder

"They are liars."


The parents of murdered Border Patrol agent Brian Terry watched Eric Holder testify before Congress this week. Here is their response to what Holder had to say.

Isn't it incredible that just this week, Holder sent a letter of condolences to the Terrys. Their son was killed last year, and now, Holder sends them a letter after his disastrous testimony, in which he declined to offer an apology for Fast and Furious?

And where is Janet Napolitano, the head of Homeland Security, which oversees the Border Patrol? She is blithely telling Congress that she has not communicated with Holder or the DOJ over this issue because Holder, "has properly placed this in the hands of his Inspector General."

Two dead US agents, a couple of hundred dead Mexicans, all killed with weapons allowed to be bought under ATF surveillance and "walk" into Mexico, and we are left with a Justice Department hiding under its collective desk, lying, covering up, and trying to lay the blame off on rogue agents (who were reluctantly operating under their orders), while the head of DHS acts as if it happened on another planet.

What do we call this? Is this like a drunk who gets behind the wheel, kills a bunch of people at an intersection, flees the scene, and tells the cops his son was driving the car? These scoundrels were not even drunk.
